Moon Phase

Moon Phase, 30"x20" (graphite, charcoal conte, colored pencils, on board). One class I had at ACCD was filled with dry media exploration. I experimented with solvents and different processes to capture the different textures in this art. The goal was to bring a feeling of rock, stone, marble and surreal qualities to the image.
